Product Overview
This series of Incoloy 825 round bars are hot rolled and hot forged solid nickel alloy rods made from high-purity UNS N08025 raw material. After complete solution annealing and stress relief treatment, the material features uniform compact grain structure, stable dimensional tolerance and balanced mechanical & anti-corrosion performance.
Incoloy 825 is a versatile corrosion-resistant nickel alloy added with molybdenum and copper elements. It performs well in both oxidizing and reducing corrosive media, which ordinary stainless steel cannot withstand. It is widely adopted in chemical acid production, waste gas desulfurization, seawater treatment and oil & gas sour service equipment as structural shaft blanks and fastener raw material.
