Hydraulic Emergency Cut-off Bottom Loading Valve
The emergency shut-off valve, also known as the underwater valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank car. The valve is sealed inside the tank with no cut-off groove on the valve body. When subjected to strong collision, the valve body breaks at the flange, separating the tank body and bottom pipeline to become an independent sealed tank body, preventing liquid leakage and significantly improving transportation safety. This product meets GB/T932-2018 standard requirements and is designed for bottom loading/unloading of tank cars, suitable for transporting light fuel tanks (not for highly corrosive liquids).
Routine Check: Regularly inspect air inlet pipes for damage to ensure normal valve operation
Emergency Procedure: If valve fails to open, unscrew emergency bolt on bottom piston cylinder and insert 10cm hexagonal bolt to manually open valve
