Stainless Steel Side Plate Vent Valve for Tank Trucks Pneumatic Opening Method

The side plate vent valve, also known as the oil and gas recovery pipeline control valve, is installed on the oil and gas recovery pipeline on the top of the tanker. The outlet faces downward at a 45° angle to the horizontal, which can effectively prevent dust and debris from accumulating or entering the valve. It is in a normally open state. When loading and unloading raw materials, if the tanker's oil and gas recovery system is not connected to the external oil and gas recovery, the side plate vent valve will input or output gas to keep the internal pressure in balance with the external pressure.

The main body of this product is made of high-quality stainless steel material, which is sturdy and wear-resistant, with strong corrosion resistance and durability. All internal shaft components are made of stainless steel material to ensure their corrosion resistance.

Usually need to interlock control with the vapor recovery connector, after the vapor recovery connector is opened, the side plate vent valve needs to be closed.
