Q1. Payment term
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% before delivery from factory. L/C: L/C price is higher than T/T price. We provide photos and video of the finished truck before balance payment.
Q2. Terms of delivery
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAF, FCA, DDU, DAP etc. We mainly handle FOB, CIF, DAF.
Q3. Delivery time
Typically 10-20 days after receiving advance payment. Delivery time varies by order items and quantity. Right-hand drive chassis require longer lead time than left-hand drive trucks. Detailed clauses subject to contract.
Q4. Quality and warranty
Experienced workers and engineers ensure quality control following STATE special trucks technical and safety specifications. 100% testing before delivery. Warranty: 12 months with free spare parts within one year.

Q6. Visit our factory
Located in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, China. Visitors can travel to Wuhan (provincial capital) by train or plane, where we provide pickup service from Wuhan Railway Station or Tianhe Airport. Invitation letters available upon request with your personal and company information.
