Q1. Payment Terms
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% before delivery from factory. L/C: L/C price is higher than T/T price. We will show you photos and video of the finished truck before you pay the balance.
Q2. Delivery Terms
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAF, FCA, DDU, DAP etc. We mainly do FOB, CIF, DAF.
Q3. Delivery Time
Generally 10-20 days after receiving advance payment. Specific time depends on order items and quantity. Right-hand drive chassis require longer delivery than left-hand drive trucks. Detailed clauses are subject to contract.
Q4. Quality and Warranty
Our experienced workers and engineers control quality throughout production, following state special trucks technical specifications. We 100% test trucks before delivery. Warranty: 12 months with free spare parts.
Q5. How to Trust Us?
Our company has passed BV factory audit. You can arrange third-party inspection. We have 15+ years experience in truck manufacturing.
Q6. Visiting Our Factory
Our factory is in Suizhou City, Hubei Province. You can travel to Wuhan (capital of Hubei) by train or plane, and our driver will pick you up from Wuhan railway station or Tianhe airport. We can provide invitation letters upon request.
