Q1. Payment term
T/T: 30% deposit, and 70% before delivery from factory. L/C: L/C price is higher than T/T price. We will show you photos and video of the finished truck before you pay the balance.
Q2. Terms of delivery
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAF, FCA, DDU, DAP etc. We mainly do FOB, CIF, DAF.
Q3. Delivery time
Generally 10 to 20 days after receiving advance payment. Specific delivery time depends on order items and quantity. (Right hand drive chassis require longer delivery time than left hand drive trucks. Detailed clauses are subject to contract.)
Q4. Quality and warranty
We have experienced workers and engineers to control quality during production, strictly following state special trucks technical specifications and safety production standards. All trucks are 100% tested before delivery. Warranty: 12 months We provide free spare parts within one year.
Q5. How to trust us?
Our company has passed BV factory audit. You can arrange third party inspection of our factory. We have over 15 years experience in manufacturing all kinds of trucks.
Q6. Visit our factory
Our factory is located in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, China. You can take train or plane to Wuhan City (capital of Hubei Province), and our driver will pick you up at Wuhan Railway Station or Wuhan Tianhe Airport. If you need an invitation letter, please send your personal and company information to us.
