Q1. Payment term
T/T: 30% deposit, and 70% before delivery from factory. L/C: L/C price is higher than T/T price We will show you photos and video of the finished truck before you pay the balance.
Q2. Terms of delivery
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAF, FCA, DDU, DAP etc. We mainly do FOB, CIF, DAF
Q3. Delivery time
Generally 10-20 days after receiving advance payment. Specific delivery time depends on order items and quantity. (Right hand drive chassis requires longer delivery time than left hand drive. Detailed clauses are subject to contract.)
Q4. Quality and warranty
Experienced workers and engineers control quality during production. We strictly follow STATE special trucks technical specification and safety production specification, with 100% testing before delivery. Warranty: 12 months Free spare parts provided within one year.
Q5. How to trust us?
Our company passed BV factory audit. You can arrange third party inspection. We have over 15 years experience in truck manufacturing.
Q6. Visit our factory
Our factory is in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, China. You can take train or plane to Wuhan City (capital of Hubei province), and our driver will pick you up at Wuhan Railway Station or Wuhan Tianhe Airport. For invitation letter, please send your private and company information to us.
