Q1. Payment Terms
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery from factory. L/C: L/C price is higher than T/T price. We will show you photos and video of the finished truck before you pay the balance.
Q2. Terms of Delivery
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAF, FCA, DDU, DAP etc. We mainly do FOB, CIF, DAF.
Q3. Delivery Time
Generally 10-20 days after receiving advance payment. Delivery time depends on order items and quantity. Right hand drive chassis require longer delivery time than left hand drive trucks.
Q4. Quality and Warranty
We have experienced workers and engineers to control quality during production, following state special trucks technical specifications. All trucks are 100% tested before delivery. Warranty: 12 months with free spare parts.
Q5. How to Trust Us?
Our company has passed BV factory audit. You can arrange third party inspection. We have over 15 years experience in truck manufacturing.
Q6. Visit Our Factory
Our factory is in Suizhou City, Hubei Province. You can travel to Wuhan (capital of Hubei) by train or plane, and we will arrange pickup from Wuhan railway station or Tianhe airport. We can provide invitation letter upon request.
