Tank body: The tank body is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with light weight, large volume, corrosion resistance and no pollution, ensuring the quality of the oil.
Refueling pump: Aluminum alloy oil pump (mechanically sealed), with a reel refueling flow rate of 100L-150L/min, a pipeline pumping flow rate of 700L/min, and a working pressure of 0.25MPa.
Flowmeter: 0.2 level accuracy, with a diameter of 50 waist wheel flow rate.
Filter separator: rated flow rate 400L/min, rated working pressure 1.0MPa, maximum allowable pressure difference 0.15 Mpa, in accordance with the requirements of API 1581 third edition.
Gravity refueling reel: Automatic reset reel, with a refueling hose diameter of 25mm and a length of 15m.
Liquid level gauge: stainless steel floating ball inside the tank, with a 10 inch aluminum alloy dial on the left side of the tank, allowing for a clear observation of the current volume of liquid inside the tank.
Operating system: centralized control from an independent control room. Instrument indications include pump inlet vacuum gauge, pump outlet pressure gauge, oil pump tachometer, filter differential pressure gauge, etc. The operation of opening and closing valves includes the main power switch, lighting switch, emergency stop switch, oil pump speed control knob, refueling valve, circulating filtration valve, sampling valve, and sea valve control combination switch.
The tank body is square and round, with a volume of 20 cubic meters, a single warehouse, aluminum alloy material 5182, cylinder 5.5mm, head 5.7mm, an aluminum alloy European manhole in the middle of the tank top with a built-in breather valve, manual aluminum alloy guardrails on both sides of the tank top, and aluminum alloy rear ladder (removable).
One set of explosion-proof lamp inside the operation cabinet (aluminum alloy), one set of electrostatic reel outside the operation cabinet, refueling pump: aluminum alloy oil pump (mechanical seal type), flowmeter: Hefei Jingda instrument 0.2 accuracy, diameter 50 waist wheel flow juice, filter separator: 5-core filter (including 2 separation and 3 coalescence filter elements). Gravity refueling method: 15m aviation kerosene special hose reel with aviation kerosene special gun, liquid level gauge: 10-inch aluminum alloy dial, operation control: integrated control system.
The unloading tank on the left side of the tank body is equipped with an oil and gas recovery system. According to the new regulations, an emergency shut-off valve emergency shutdown system with a speed of 5 kilometers per hour is installed. The rear of the tank body is equipped with an emergency shut-off valve red button.
One aluminum alloy standard tool box, two oil drain hoses, one 1-inch drain valve at the front end of the aluminum alloy round barrel tube on both sides of the tank, all the boxes are equipped with container lock rods for users to lock, the bottom of the outlet box is equipped with rubber plugs, and the left and right sides of the tank tail are equipped with plastic fire extinguishers (8KG).
The tank top coaming is equipped with aluminum alloy anti-skid mesh walkway, and the rear protection is made of I-shaped bumper according to the announcement photos, with equal length up and down, and the lower layer can be turned back. The safety notice is installed at the left, right and rear positions of the rear of the tank body (size 500x550mm). The accessories of the whole vehicle are made of aluminum alloy, with special identification for dangerous goods, two electrostatic tow strips, and the gap position of the rear girder of the chassis is sealed with aluminum alloy anti-slip corrugated plate.
