Pilot type proportional direction valve: Model 4WRKE... L3X... 4WRKE... The model is a two-stage proportional direction control valve, which can control the direction and size of the liquid flow. Because the main stage is position-closed controlled, the position of the spool is independent of the hydraulic force at high flow rates. Structure: The valve is mainly composed of the following parts: pilot control valve (1), fixed value reducing valve 3), on the bullet (4), end cover (5 and 6), the main spool (7), valve body (8) and induction displacement sensor (9). Working principle When there is no input signal, the shot (4) will keep the main spool (7) in the middle end cover (5 and 6) of the two control chamber through the pilot valve spool (2) Connected to fuel tank. - The main valve core (7) is connected to the corresponding electronic amplifier through the induction displacement sensor (9). The position of the main valve (7) changes with the change of the differential voltage at the amplifier output point of the given value. The amplifier gets the control deviation after the comparison of the given value and the actual value, and generates the corresponding control current input to the pilot valve proportional electromagnet, which generates the electromagnetic force transferred to the electromagnet push rod to drive the control spool, and the flow through the control valve port makes the main spool move. The main spool (7) with the displacement sensor (9) moves until the actual value is equal to the given value. Under the closed-loop control, the main spool (7) is in force balance and remains in the control position. Spool stroke and control valve opening change proportional to the command value.
