Standard configuration: Built-in buffer devices at both ends to decelerate at stroke ends and prevent impact on end caps; top air vent valve eliminates crawling and jitter

Piston rod: Forged 45# steel with thick hard chrome plating + precision grinding on surface, wear-resistant, rust-proof, anti-bending and scratch-free under heavy loads

Piston assembly: Integrally forged piston equipped with combined Glyd Ring & Step Seal, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, leak-free for long-term service

Guide & dust-proof system: Front wear-resistant copper bushing + polyurethane dust wiper to block dust and sediment, durable for harsh mining and steel mill environments

Front & rear end caps: Thickened forged end caps with thread locking structure for easy disassembly, inspection and maintenance; standard double ear hinge connection suitable for swing mounting
