Designed for trenchless installation of underground pipelines, the BH650 delivers 250 t (2,500 kN) of impact energy in a compact, air-driven package. Its simple mechanics, millimetre-grade steering accuracy and rapid advance rate make it the most cost-effective rescue tool for stalled HDD projects and the first-choice method for short-run casing installations.
BAIWEI’s signature clamping system generates 200 % more grip force than any competitor, eliminating anvil slip and giving the industry’s safest, most reliable connection.
A one-piece striker carries replaceable polymer wear rings that prevent metal-to-metal contact, maintaining full striking power over thousands of metres.
The tapered, self-locking chuck engages 152 mm (6 in.) into the steel casing for a rigid, frame-free joint. Set-up and breakout times are cut by half, while the smaller collar diameter reduces jacking-pit size and spoil removal.
Developed, cast and machined in our own facility, the BH650 has been in continuous production for more than ten years and is covered by multiple national patents.
