1. Galvalume Steel Coil description

It is a kind of coated steel coil/sheet. With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, it is produced through applying Al-Zn coat on both faces by hot dip process. In its coating, Al accounts for about 55%, Si 1.6%, while the remaining is zinc.

2. Galvalume Steel Coil main usage scope

3. Galvalume Steel Coil packing:

Each aluzinc steel coil tube wrapped by plastic film and waterproof paper, one steel strip strapping on the coil circumference. 3 - 5 coils tube packed eye vertical on wood pallet, and strongly strapped by edge protection, and at least 4 steel straps through coil eye. Coil tube packed eye to sky on wood pallet

4. Galvalume Steel Coil parameters:

1) Formable, weldable and paintable
2) Superior long term corrosion resistance in the most atmospheric conditions. This is achieved through the combination of the sacrificial protection of the zinc and the barrier protection of the aluminum
3) Hot dip galvalume coating out-perform galvanized coating from 2-6 times than hot dip galvanized steel
