TGGS100-800 is a 100 mm high geocell configuration designed for projects requiring stronger three-dimensional confinement and improved load distribution. The product is particularly suitable for road foundations, embankments, railway subgrade applications, and other civil engineering projects where the stability of granular or soil layers is an important consideration.
The TGGS design combines plastic geocell sheets with injection molded connectors. Compared with conventional welded structures, the molded connection provides high joint stiffness and stable node performance. The connector is manufactured as a fully plastic component, eliminating metal parts that may corrode when exposed to moisture or aggressive soil conditions.

The 100 mm cell height provides a deeper confinement structure than the 50 mm configuration. After expansion and filling, the interconnected cells create a three-dimensional matrix that helps control the lateral movement of infill materials. This can contribute to improved surface stability and load transfer within the reinforced layer.
TGGS100-800 is suitable for highway base reinforcement, railway subgrade stabilization, embankment construction, port areas, container yards, access roads, and high-load foundation treatment. The system can be adapted to different project requirements through material selection, cell dimensions, and infill conditions.
For international orders, the geocell panels are compressed and packed in woven bags to optimize transportation volume. Wooden pallets and customized packaging can also be arranged according to buyer requirements.
