Manufactured from 6061/6063 high-purity aluminum alloy ingots as a single integrated piece, they eliminate the need for complex processes like splicing and welding, fundamentally resolving thermal conduction faults and structural weaknesses found in traditional designs.
This advanced process enables precise control over fin height, density, and thickness, allowing flexible formation of various structures including dense teeth, wide surfaces, and irregular shapes. With uniform fin tooth pitch error ≤ 0.1mm, we maximize heat dissipation area while ensuring exceptional structural rigidity, deformation resistance, and vibration resistance for long-term high-load operation without performance degradation.
Compared to welding and casting processes, our extrusion technology enables high-speed, large-scale continuous production with over 50% increased efficiency. Batch production ensures exceptional consistency in product dimensions and thermal performance without individual variations.
With a 98% yield rate and simplified production process, we significantly reduce manufacturing losses while maintaining high cost-effectiveness. This makes our heat sinks ideal for mass production requirements in photovoltaic power plants, new energy production lines, and other large-scale procurement applications.
Following extrusion, installation surfaces and positioning holes undergo CNC precision milling and grinding to achieve surface smoothness of Ra0.8μm or better and flatness error ≤ 0.02mm. This ensures seamless contact with equipment heating elements, dramatically reducing contact thermal resistance and preventing localized heat accumulation.
Precision-formed positioning holes eliminate the need for secondary processing, enabling direct assembly that improves equipment assembly efficiency, reduces errors, and lowers labor costs while maximizing aluminum's thermal conductivity advantages.
To address aluminum alloy's susceptibility to oxidation and corrosion, our heat sinks undergo specialized surface treatments including anodizing, sandblasting, or electrophoretic coating. These processes create dense protective oxide layers that enhance anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, dust-proof, and wear-resistant properties.
This surface protection resists industrial environmental challenges including dust, moisture, and oil exposure, preventing surface detachment and thermal conductivity degradation while optimizing heat exchange efficiency and maintaining long-term stable thermal performance.
