Fan installing inside Safety Vest step:
Step 1: Disassemble the fan's back part and the front part;
Step 2: Prepare fan and cooling jacket vest;
Step 3: Put the fan's front part on the hole of cooling jacket vest from outside;
Step 4: Turn over the cooling jacket vest, make the fan's front part insert into hole;
Step 5: Put the back part on the front part, screw it tightly;
Step 6: Connect two fans with USB switch cable;
Step 7: The USB plug through the hole of pocket and then pull the switch panel out;
Step 8: Finish installation. USB plug connect to power bank 10000mAh for use.
