Product Overview
In a full premix condensing heat exchanger system, the Thermal Insulation Pad ensures safe and efficient boiler operation. It seals the combustion chamber, minimizes heat transfer to surrounding parts, and reduces vibration caused by continuous heating cycles. By protecting the heat exchanger and adjacent components, it extends service life while maintaining stable heating performance.
Key Features
3.1 High Temperature Resistance
Designed to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1000°C. Suitable for direct contact with premix burner surfaces. Stable performance — no shrinkage, no cracking, no melting under normal operating conditions.
3.2 Excellent Sealing Performance
Dense fiber structure provides a tight, airtight seal. Prevents combustion gas leakage at high-pressure and high-temperature joints. Maintains sealing integrity over thousands of thermal cycles (heating and cooling).
3.3 Vibration Damping
Absorbs vibration from the fan and burner. Reduces noise transmission to the boiler body. Protects heat exchanger from mechanical fatigue cracking.
3.4 Corrosion & Condensate Resistance
Resistant to weakly acidic condensate (pH 3–5) in condensing boiler environments. Does not absorb moisture or degrade in humid operating conditions. Long-term chemical stability.
3.5 Lightweight & Easy to Assemble
Thin profile design — does not add unnecessary size or weight to the system. Clean cut edges for precise installation. Compressible material ensures a uniform contact surface even on slightly uneven flanges.
3.6 Custom Shapes & Sizes
Can be manufactured to any shape — round, rectangular, irregular profiles. Available with pre-punched holes, cut-outs, or special edge treatments as required. Matches all standard and custom heat exchanger flange dimensions.
