A pressure heat exchanger must perform two functions simultaneously: transferring thermal energy efficiently and maintaining mechanical integrity under defined operating conditions. Yiteng combines thermal requirements with pressure-vessel engineering to develop equipment suitable for demanding process environments.
Our heat exchangers can be configured for heating, cooling, condensation, evaporation, heat recovery and process temperature control. The same heat exchanger configuration cannot provide the best solution for every process. Yiteng evaluates the required thermal duty, flow arrangement, pressure drop, temperature approach and material compatibility when developing a customized design.

The tube bundle is one of the most important components inside a shell and tube heat exchanger. Yiteng can customize tube diameter, tube length, tube pitch, tube arrangement, tube material and pass configuration according to the required thermal and hydraulic performance.
Different layouts provide different combinations of heat-transfer efficiency, pressure drop, cleaning accessibility and mechanical requirements.
For applications where bundle removal is important, removable tube bundle configurations can be engineered to simplify inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
U-tube construction allows the tubes to expand independently under temperature changes. This configuration is particularly useful for applications involving significant temperature differences between the shell and tube sides.
Fixed tube sheet heat exchangers provide a relatively simple and robust construction. The tube sheets are connected to the shell, while the tubes are attached to the tube sheets using appropriate expansion, welding or combined joining methods.
For process services requiring regular inspection or cleaning, a removable bundle provides important maintenance advantages. The bundle can be extracted from the shell to provide access for tube inspection, mechanical cleaning, tube plugging, repair work, internal inspection and bundle maintenance.
