Product Description

Wuxi Yiteng Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. manufactures customized Wiped Film Evaporators designed for efficient processing of high viscosity, heat-sensitive and difficult-to-handle materials.

Unlike conventional evaporation equipment, the wiped film technology uses a mechanical wiping rotor to continuously renew the liquid film on the heating surface.

This unique design provides:

Wiped Film Evaporator is widely used where product quality and process efficiency are critical.

Working Principle

The feed material enters the evaporation chamber and is distributed evenly by the rotating wiper system.

The wiper creates a thin turbulent film on the heated surface.

During operation:

  1. Material spreads evenly across the heating wall
  2. Heat transfers rapidly through the thin film
  3. Volatile components evaporate under vacuum
  4. Concentrated product exits continuously

The constant renewal of the liquid film prevents overheating and material accumulation.
