It consists of a positive leg made of Nickel-Chromium alloy (NiCr) and a negative leg made of Copper-Nickel alloy (CuNi), also known as Constantan. Type E thermocouples are ideal for applications requiring precise temperature measurements in a wide range of environments.
NiCr-CuNi Type E (Constantan) Thermocouple Wire is a highly sensitive and accurate thermocouple material suitable for cryogenic and moderate high-temperature applications. Its superior thermoelectric output, non-magnetic nature, and excellent performance in clean environments make it ideal for precise temperature measurement in scientific, industrial, and medical applications.
