This specialized Probe Stage integrates up to four gold-plated tungsten steel probes (or custom alternatives) within a gas-tight chamber, allowing simultaneous in-situ electrical measurement and high-resolution microscope observation during dynamic heating or cooling cycles up to 150°C/min. Controlled via TNEX software, it is the ideal tool for researching semiconductors, thin films, electronic materials, and superconductors.
