Description :
The cold shrink tube divide into two material ,one is the silicone rubber tube ,the other is Enthylene Propylene Diene Monomer .It is mainly used for cable connector or terminal sealing with the high insulating and elasticity in the electricity ,wire ,communication field . The core is through the self elasticty wrap the tube in the normal temperature ,no need the heat temperature.
The craft of it is pre-expanded to 2-3 times its original diameter inside the factory ,with a plastic spiral support strip used a the inner lining for shaping ,and then pull it into the cable and out the support bar ,the tube shrink quickly bonding the wire .
The main feature of the tube is that no flame or the heat wind fit for safe installation ,is a good choice for explosion resistance ,high wire ,underground station etc .The longevity sealing capability is help the tube suit for the environment thermal expansion and contraction and the surface no gap long time ,waterproof grade standard IP67+.High insulating capability ,electricity resistance ,breakdown resistance ,and uniform electric field .Longevity use and weather resistance ,understanding the temperatutre from -55 to 150 C,UV proof ,anti-ozone ,anti-corison.
