Faux Fur DTF refers to using Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers to create designs that look like textured faux fur, yarn, crochet, or embroidery on apparel, without actually knitting or using thick materials. These ready-to-press transfers are printed as regular printing onto film, then heat-pressed onto fabrics like cotton, polyester, or blends, offering vibrant, durable designs with a tactile, textured feel that mimics real stitching or fur, making it popular for trendy, custom clothing. The most important is the printing file, we can design various Faux Fur design file to meet your requirement.
How it Works:
Design Creation: Digital designs are made to simulate textures like chunky knit, faux fur, or embroidery.
Printing: The design is printed onto a special release film using a DTF printer.
Application: The film transfer is then placed on a garment (like a t-shirt) and heat-pressed with a commercial press.
Peel: After cooling (cold peel), the film is removed, leaving the textured design on the fabric.
