Forging process flow quality control: Raw material steel ingot into warehouse(test the chemical content) → Cutting→ Heating(Furnace temperture test) → Heat treatment after forging(Furnace temperture test) Discharge the furnace(blank inspection)→ Machining→ Inspection(UT,MT,Visal diamention, hardness)→ QT→ Inspection(UT, mechanical properties, hardness, grain size)→ Finish machining→ Inspection (dimension)→ Packing and Marking(steel stamp, mark)→ Storage Shipment

Hot roll includes two parts that is core of aluminium foil mill and roller shell,The common material of working roll of cold roll includes 9Cr,9Cr2,9Crv,8CrMoV etc,cold roll needs surface quenching,hardness HS45~105.The common material of hot roll includes 55Mn2,55Cr,60CrMnMo,60SiMnMo etc.Common roll includes three type that is cast steel roll,cast iron roll and forging roll,there is a few of hard alloy steel roll(tungsten steel roll) on the bar and shape rolling mill.
