SLD 42 tons heavy duty forklift with engine Kessler drive axle
42 tons diesel forklift are special for transporting and stacking heavy cargoes, such as stone block, heavy equipment and containers etc. FD420 rated load 42000 kgs are widely used in wharf yard, train transfer station and industrial factories.
Main features:
Engine: Adopt turbocharging engine, powerful, energy conservation,environmental protection, satisfies the requirement of high efficiency operation.
Transmission & torque converter: Use ZF hydraulic power shift transmission, big traction in combined operating condition, the transmission system is more reliable. Adopt double turbine hydraulic torque converter , single lever control for the speed changing, easier for operation.
Driven axle: Adopt kessler heavy duty type driven axle, excellent stability and reliability.
Steering system: Adopt transverse oil cylinder type steering bridge, full-hydraulic steering, flexible and light, reliable.
Control system: Pilot valve control device to make the work efficiency and reduce drivers’ labor intensity.
Hydraulic system: Double pump confluence, small system flow, low power consumption, reliable performance, excellent operating performance
Cooling system: Adopt independent transmission oil and hydraulic oil cooling, increasing system stability.
Frame structure: Exquisite workmanship &firm box-type frame, improve the transverse and longitudinal stability of forklifts. The forklifts get through the 3D finite element analysis, superior structure, reliable quality, the main welding parts through the nondestructive testing, effective coordination with the reinforced structure,bridge and frame.
Tyre: Sino-us joint brand, resistant to wear and sting, high strength tyres, bear heavy loaded ,safe and reliable.
