Push back rack, also known as push-in shelve racks, are one of the high-density storage racking systems, suitable for the storage of small and large quantities of goods. According to the principle of "first in, first out", the system places the goods on the inclined rolling track, the carrying trolley runs along the track, and the pallet is placed on the carrying trolley and pushed back to the inside of the rack in turn. The effective depth is 4 pallet positions. After picking up the first pallet, the next pallet slides to the pickup point by itself, effectively using a single channel for access, and it is especially suitable for storage management in the cargo transit area.
Push Back racking is made up of typical structural elements such as pallet trolleys, which have flowable characteristics, and goods are specified to enter and exit at one end of the racking and follow a first-in, first-out sequence.
This type of racking has the typical characteristics of high storage density and fast storage and transport speed.
Suitable for small varieties, large quantities of goods, freezers and other cases that need to improve the space utilisation rate.

The main accessories of Push back racks are composed of posts, beams, rails, and trolleys.
Post: There are two posts connected with cross braces and diagonal braces through special screws. The cross section of the posts is the same as that of pallet racks. In order to meet different loading requirements, the beams can be adjusted up and down the shelf height by 75mm.
Beam: In order to ensure that the beams fall off under the abnormal external force, the anti-falling safety pin connected to the beams and posts is specially designed to ensure the safety of use.
Track: Specially made rectangular track, in order to meet the continuous operation of the carriage and the track, a more wear-resistant galvanized treatment is adopted.
Carriage trolley: Welded according to the size of the pallet. The four wheels with special four corners must meet the requirements for the movement of the cargo.
