The process as follow :Ingot →Forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) →Inspection →Rough machining→2nd Heat treatment →Finishing machining →Inspection → Ship out
Main type of steel is tool steel, higher forging rate , better forging compactness and hardness eveness , the hardness variation range on the same section is ±1.5 HRC, hardness level is ± 3HRC
