Bearing box

Electrical control cabinet
The single-shaft shredder is mainly composed of a blade spindle, a fixed knife, a load-bearing box, a box bracket, a feeding system, a hydraulic pushing system, a power system, and an electrical control system.
Blade
The blade is made of cold-work die steel, which has good strength, high toughness, and high cutting performance. The blade has four cutting edges and can be rotated 90° after wear for continued use.
Dynamic System
Hydraulic forced feeding, the speed is stable and adjustable, the propulsion force is large and uniform, the hard tooth reducer, the transmission efficiency is high, the bearing capacity is strong, the noise is low
Case Bracket
The material enters the machine case from the feeding hopper, and the pushing box pushes the material to the rotary knife under the push of the hydraulic cylinder. The rotating movable knife and fixed knife crush the material, and the crushed material falls through the screen, and then is transported to the next process or collected and packaged by the conveying equipment.
