Introduction of Waffle Bowl Maker Machine
This semi automatic waffle bowl maker mainly used to make the waffle bowl with different sizes, replace the molding mold of the crisp waffle bowl with a rolling machine, which can also make the ice cream waffle cone.
The waffle bowl has different sizes, and the equipment mainly consists of three machines, including mixer, feeding machine, baking machine and rolling machine. Change the roller machine, it can make the waffle bowl.
Structure of Ice Cream Wafle Cone Baking Machine
The semi automatic sugar cone making machine is composed of working table, rolling mould, transmission system and operating system.
1. Working Table: squar eness shape with stainless steel protection. Welding frame component includes transmission system, bearing seat connecting with frame.
2. Rolling mould is composed of rolling head, shell, axle and bracket. Rolling power will be transmitted by gear system.
3. Transmission system includes motor, retarder, gemel , cam and so on.
4. Rolling parts controlled under rolling machine panel with the same controlling box as waffle maker.. One motor is controlled by switch. Temperature controlling can master preheating system.
