The SXC-GF-5L is a bench-top full glass laboratory fermenter independently developed and designed for off-site autoclave sterilization. Featuring an oval borosilicate glass tank and SUS316L stainless steel lid, this system fully supports both batch and fed-batch fermentation processes.
This all-in-one system integrates mechanical agitation, independent water-circulation temperature control, online pH/DO monitoring, 4-channel peristaltic feeding pumps, and a built-in air supply unit. The 10-inch color touch screen provides real-time visualization of all fermentation parameters. Powered by SIMATIC Smart PLC, it delivers ultra-precise temperature regulation (±0.1℃) with multi-stage cascade control of agitation, pH, and dissolved oxygen. All experimental data, operation logs, and trend curves can be saved, displayed, and exported via USB with multi-level user access authority.
With its compact size and plug-and-play design, the layout and configuration are consistent with mainstream European bioreactors at a cost-effective price. Widely applied in university laboratories, biopharmaceutical research, fermentation engineering, food microbiology, and enzyme R&D.
