Product Description:
A 2-layer hot press machine is an industrial equipment used for bonding and curing multiple layers of materials under high temperature and pressure conditions, widely used in the production of artificial boards, decorative materials, and composite panels. Place the slab to be pressed (such as substrate+glue+decorative paper/fiber cloth/aluminum foil, etc.) in the two pressing areas between the lower hot pressing plate and the middle movable plate in sequence. The built-in electric heating tube or thermal oil system provides a stable heat source for the upper, lower, and middle three-layer pressure plates to achieve rapid curing. We can customize the size of the pressure plate, heating method (electric heating/thermal oil), and whether it has cooling function according to customer needs, to meet different material and process requirements.

The innovative bottom-up pressing mode, combined with the two-layer working platform, realizes synchronous loading and pressing, and effectively shortens the production cycle.
