The front-end configuration features a versatile chain/roller conveyor, allowing operators to simply place pre-coated metal sheets (e.g., color steel combined with polyurethane, rock wool, or extruded board) onto the loading tray. The system then autonomously positions and transfers materials into the pressing zone, ensuring seamless operation from start to finish. With support for customized dimensions in thickness, width, and length, this solution serves a broad range of applications, including refrigerated transport, modular buildings, and cleanroom environments.
