Product Description:
This hydraulic cold press machine is used to bend and shape wood by applying pressure, and is applied in high-end furniture (curved wood chairs, curved door panels), architectural decoration (curved partitions) and other fields, achieving high precision, crack free bending, and improving product added value and yield.
Superior Production Capacity
Equipped with a powerful hydraulic system, the machine delivers stable pressure output with a deviation of ≤±1%, easily handling the high-strength bending requirements of thick solid wood panels and multi-layer composite panels. It effectively addresses common issues such as "bending springback and fracture". The adjustable stroke design can adapt to curved components of different heights and special bending needs, eliminating the need for frequent mold changes and offering greater flexibility than fixed-stroke equipment. The fully automatic CNC control process guides "feeding → positioning → pressing → shaping → pressure release", supported by a servo-driven positioning device.
Intelligent Protection for Safe Operation
Robust structure with enhanced rigidity: The frame adopts an integral steel plate welded frame structure or box-type steel welding with multi-rib reinforcement, significantly improving load-bearing rigidity. This design effectively resists deformation caused by long-term high-load operation.
Application Fields
Solid Wood Furniture Manufacturing: ldeal for producing curved table legs, curved wood sofaframes, and custom wardrobe top rails. The 300-ton pressure ensures structural stability afterbending, minimizing deformation or cracking.
Wooden Doors & Decoration: Suitable for arched door panels, curved door frames, and archedceiling keels. The adjustable stroke meets different height requirements for bending, resulting insmooth and natural curves after forming.
Custom Processing: Compatible with various materials such as solid wood, plywood, and medium.density fiberboard (MDF). The worktable size can be customized, enabling the machine to handleeverything from standardized curved components in mass production to large-radius custom partsin small orders. Additionally, it can be integrated with automatic feeders and sanding machines tobuild an automated wood bending production line, helping enterprises expand into the high-endcustom market.
