Superior capacity
Our two-component automatic gluing machine is equipped with an intelligent metering pump and a servo driven gluing system, which can automatically mix two-component adhesives in precise preset proportions. This ensures extremely consistent adhesive coating thickness, effectively eliminating common defects such as adhesive overflow or poor adhesion caused by insufficient adhesive.
Safety and security
We always put "safety+environmental protection" into the device gene! The machine is designed with a fully enclosed gluing channel. There is no leakage in the whole process of mixing, conveying and coating of two-component rubber materials, so as to avoid the splashing of rubber materials to corrode the equipment and burn the operator. The machine is "fully safe".
