Product Description:
The 300T cold press with four oil cylinders is a high-precision hydraulic equipment designed specifically for bending and forming wooden boards. Its working principle is based on hydraulic transmission system and four point synchronous pressure control technology. The hydraulic pump delivers hydraulic oil to the integrated plug-in valve block, and distributes the hydraulic oil to the upper or lower chambers of the four oil cylinders through various one-way valves and relief valves. Under the action of high-pressure oil, the oil cylinders move. The four oil cylinder 300T cold press machine is widely used in the bending and forming of wooden boards, artificial boards, furniture manufacturing, woodworking decoration, and construction fields due to its high pressure, high precision, and stability.
Exceptional Production Capacity
The machine features a synchronized four-cylinder drive system that ensures uniform pressure distribution across the entire work surface. Whether handling high-strength bending of solid wood panels or interlayer pressing of multi-layer composite boards, it achieves consistent pressure from edges to center.
Combined with servo-driven positioning, the system eliminates the need for manual parameter recalibration, easily adapting to flexible production requirements for components with varying curvatures and thicknesses.
Safety Assurance
The machine frame is constructed from heavy-duty alloy steel plates with integral welding, stress-relieved through annealing and aging treatments to maintain stability and pressing precision under high-load operations.
Four independent overpressure relief valves and a central pressure monitoring system instantly cut off power and release pressure upon detecting abnormalities in any cylinder, preventing material breakage or equipment damage.
Operational protection: Infrared safety light curtains surround the pressing area for immediate shutdown when personnel approach hazardous zones, complemented by interlocked safety doors and emergency stop buttons to eliminate risks of pinching or crushing injuries.
Application Areas
Wood panel bending: Produces curved table legs for solid wood furniture, bentwood sofa frames, custom wardrobe top rails, as well as arched door panels and curved door frames. The 300-ton pressure ensures structural stability after bending, minimizing deformation or cracking even with changes in moisture content.
Composite panel molding: Handles interlayer pressing for multi-layer wood composites, wood-plastic composites, and wood-aluminum composites. Uniform pressure enables complete adhesive penetration, achieving industry-leading bond strength without bubbles or bulging.
