Product Description:
A small cylinder cold press is a device specifically designed for cold pressing small flat materials, such as air conditioning panels. Using a small cylinder as the actuator, the cylinder piston is driven by compressed air or hydraulic system to apply uniform pressure to the air conditioning panel. The cylinder has a compact structure and small volume, suitable for precise pressing of small panels. Used for forming and pressing air conditioning panels, especially for cold pressing panels made of plastic, composite materials, or metal sheets. By using cold pressing technology, the surface of the panel is ensured to be flat, bubble free, and deformation free, thereby improving the appearance quality and structural strength of the product.
Exceptional Production Capacity
The equipment is equipped with a multi-small-cylinder cooperative drive system that maintains pressure output stability with a deviation of ≤±0.5%. Designed for thin and irregular structures of air conditioning panels (such as plastic and metal composite materials), it achieves uniform pressure distribution, preventing defects like incomplete edge compression, surface depressions, or spring-back after bending. The fully automated feeding and positioning system covers the entire process of "feeding - alignment - pressing - demolding," working in tandem with a servo-driven positioning device to effortlessly adapt to the flexible production needs of different panel models.
Safety Assurance
The system is equipped with an auto pressure-release valve for cylinder overpressure and electronic pressure monitoring. In case of abnormal pressure, the air supply is instantly cut off to prevent panel damage from overpressure.
Operational protection: Infrared safety light curtains are installed in the pressing work area. The machine stops immediately when personnel approach, eliminating the risk of hand-pinching accidents.
Application Areas
Core application in air conditioning panels: Suitable for plastic panels, metal composite panels, and special-shaped panels with pre-molded holes or clips for residential and commercial air conditioners. Ensures panel flatness and precise edge curvature, enhancing both aesthetics and assembly precision.
Precision applications in home appliances: Can be used for pressing and shaping thin precision panels such as refrigerator interior panels and washing machine control panels. Compatible with various materials including ABS, PP, and metal composites.
Maintenance
The machine features an operational status monitoring system that provides real-time pop-up alerts for issues such as cylinder air leakage or pressure sensor abnormalities, enabling even novice operators to quickly locate faults.
