With its "elongated" size advantage, our extended three station hot press is truly a "versatile" machine, with applications spanning across multiple industries such as construction, home furnishings, transportation, and healthcare. Adaptation of building engineering panels: Batch hot pressing production of building engineering panels such as plywood, multi-layer composite panels, handmade purification panels, clean panels, fire-resistant and flame-retardant panels, rock wool insulation materials, integrated insulation and decoration panels, sound-absorbing and soundproof panels, etc. Cold chain and transportation facility adaptation: Hot press composite production of refrigerated compartment panels, RV/RV container body panels, container composite panels and other panels. The elongated body is perfectly adapted to the one-time compression of ultra long compartment panels, ensuring that the panels are firmly bonded to the insulation core layer, without hollowing or delamination, and without damaging the insulation performance of the core material.
4,Easy maintenance and technical support
Check the parallelism between the hot press plates, as well as the accuracy of the temperature and pressure sensors, and calibrate them if necessary. Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise or odor during equipment operation, whether the pressure and temperature displays are normal, and whether there is any oil or gas leakage. After the equipment arrives, we will dispatch experienced engineers to install and debug it on-site, and provide systematic and comprehensive on-site training for your operation and maintenance personnel to ensure that you can quickly get started, use the equipment safely and efficiently.
