The system features a comprehensive safety protection system covering mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and motion control fields. The entire production line is surrounded by full-perimeter safety guardrails, forming physical isolation between personnel and active working areas.
Multiple redundant safety protection devices including hydraulic overload protection, motor current monitoring, and real-time pressure feedback mechanisms prevent equipment damage. Emergency stop buttons at key positions instantly cut off all power supply, heating systems, and motion components.
