The right-angle hot press functions as a combined pressing unit built around an L-frame configuration. Its overall construction adopts a sturdy yet space-efficient arrangement, featuring L-shaped conveying platforms positioned at both the front and rear ends, which allow vertical primary pressing and lateral pressing to take place simultaneously.
With electric heating combined with circulating thermal oil and a multi-cylinder hydraulic arrangement, the equipment permits tilting of workpieces and can handle the complete sequence from loading, through bonding, to unloading for oversized panels.
This equipment is commonly used for hot-press lamination of honeycomb panels and sandwich-type composite materials, along with the lamination forming of assorted door panels. It finds application in fields such as building panel fabrication, composite material processing, and the production of prefabricated panels.
Day-to-day maintenance centers on the condition of the hydraulic oil. Routine checks cover sealing performance, the wear level of conveyor media, and the operation of circulation motors. A large share of inspection and servicing activities is performed while the machine is shut down.
