This machine integrates a cold press unit with a built-in inclined belt conveyor. The press body is mounted on a rigid frame with side guards, while the infeed table is sloped to enable continuous panel loading and pressing in a single setup. Instead of relying on manual handling or forklifts to position boards, the belt conveyor automatically transports panels from the inclined table into the press opening, where room-temperature pressing, glue bonding, and shape setting are performed.

The integrated conveyor streamlines the loading process. Oversized boards can be placed directly onto the inclined table and conveyed into the press area, reducing additional transfers and minimizing surface marks. The conveyor is precisely dimensioned to match the press frame, with a travel range that aligns with the pressing station's working space, enabling seamless integration with upstream cutting and gluing equipment for continuous production flow.

Fixed guards on both sides protect the travel areas of cylinders and pressure plates, maintaining operator safety by keeping them clear of moving parts. Mechanical limit blocks at the conveyor-press junction help secure panels in position and prevent drifting or sliding during feeding. Warning signs are prominently displayed on the machine body to identify moving and potentially hazardous zones for workshop personnel.

This belt-fed cold press is designed for room-temperature lamination of various board materials and is widely used by composite panel manufacturers:

• Glue bonding and forming of honeycomb composite panels
• Pressing of wooden doors, cabinet door panels, and furniture boards
• Cold gluing of fire-resistant boards such as magnesium oxide boards
• Pressing of decorative panels and wood-based panels

The machine can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into a complete panel production line alongside gluing machines, panel turners, and other upstream or downstream equipment.

Change hydraulic oil according to the maintenance schedule for hydraulic equipment, re-tighten bolts at joints, and ensure electrical terminals remain secure. Replace the conveyor belt when signs of aging or cracking appear. Safety components including guards and emergency-stop mechanisms should be repaired promptly when damaged. Operating the machine with known faults is not recommended. Hydraulic valve blocks and pressure-setting components should only be serviced by trained personnel.
