The five-cylinder synchronous hydraulic system ensures balanced pressure distribution, reducing uneven pressing areas and improving the bonding quality of composite panels.

Periodic Maintenance: Monthly, clean and re-grease the electric ball screw or gear transmission with high-temperature lubricant. Inspect the motor cooling fan and encoder dust covers. Quarterly, check platen flatness and regrind if uneven; inspect electrical cabinet terminals to prevent loosening and overheating.
