Its core architecture comprises a manual hydraulic pump, a rigid laminating platen, an intake and outlet roller track, and mechanical travel limits. What sets this equipment apart is the pulley bed integrated into the machine base—multiple load-bearing rollers allow heavy substrate boards to glide in and out with minimal effort, reducing the need for multiple handlers and lowering material transport costs.
Key Features
Superior Production Capacity: When the operator finishes positioning the material stack on the roller bed, the sliding carriage moves smoothly through pulley grooves under the press platen. After the pressing cycle completes, the carriage rolls out via the same pulley track onto the transport rails at the discharge end. At that point, a driven shaft rotates the transport rollers, conveying the finished panel effortlessly to the next workstation.
Integrated Safety and Protection: The control panel is equipped with a prominently positioned emergency stop pushbutton. The machine is constructed from thick-section steel plate with full-frame welding, delivering the structural rigidity required to resist deformation under sustained load. The pulley transport system incorporates critical safety devices including travel limit switches installed at both ends of the pulley grooves.
Wide-Ranging Application Versatility: Suitable for brick-pattern sandwich panels with aluminum-zinc coated color steel sheets and steel-faced sandwich composite panels with color-coated steel or galvanized sheet facings bonded to lightweight core materials.
Streamlined Maintenance and Service Support: The pulley and roller assemblies are designed for smooth operation with minimal maintenance requirements. Connection bolts between pulley support brackets and machine base should be periodically inspected and re-torqued as needed.
