Product Description
The sandwich composite panel cold bonding press is a specialized hydraulic system engineered to achieve structural consolidation between facing panels and core materials without thermal input. Using two-component polyurethane adhesives or epoxy structural adhesives, the machine applies uniform, sustained pressure at ambient temperature to ensure complete adhesive penetration and curing across the entire bonding interface.
The lamination process bonds facing layers—such as aluminum sheets or color-coated steel panels—to lightweight core materials including aluminum honeycomb cores and glass-magnesium boards, producing flat, dimensionally stable composite sandwich panels. Because the entire bonding cycle proceeds without high-temperature exposure, this press effectively eliminates the panel distortion, coating degradation, and core crushing often associated with thermal pressing methods.
