The 100 ton pressure customized extended plate hot press machine is an industrial hot press forming equipment with 100 ton (approximately 1000kN) hydraulic constant pressure as the core power and an extended hot press table as the structural feature. It is specifically designed for one-time forming and pressing of large plate composite materials. The temperature softens the adhesive/resin, the pressure ensures tight adhesion of multi-layer boards, and the holding time allows for complete molecular crosslinking and solidification.
