Developed for solar photovoltaic (PV) power systems, HENTG POWER dry-type cast resin transformers are suitable for rooftop solar installations, commercial and industrial (C&I) PV projects, PV grid-connected step-up applications, and integrated solar-plus-energy-storage systems.
Designed to address fluctuating power output throughout the day, inverter-generated harmonics, three-phase load imbalance, and demanding outdoor or semi-outdoor installation environments, our transformers offer reliable performance for modern solar power applications.
Customized solutions are available to meet project-specific requirements for voltage ratings, power capacity, impedance, temperature rise, enclosure protection ratings (IP), and grid interconnection standards. Our dry-type transformers provide a safe, energy-efficient, and low-maintenance power conversion solution for solar PV systems.
Cast resin insulation eliminates the need for insulating oil, reducing the risks of oil leakage and oil-related fires. Ideal for rooftop solar installations, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and areas with regular personnel activity.
Winding configurations and connection designs can be optimized to accommodate inverter-generated harmonics and three-phase load imbalance, helping improve power quality and operational stability in grid-connected PV systems.
Optimized core and winding structures help reduce no-load losses, load losses, and operating noise, improving energy efficiency and helping lower long-term operating costs for solar power installations.
No insulating oil sampling or oil treatment is required, helping simplify routine inspections and reduce maintenance requirements, particularly for distributed rooftop and multi-site commercial solar projects.
