Step 1: We will respond to your inquiry within 1 hour and recommend suitable transformer according to your needs. At the same time, we will provide you with reasonable quotations and payment terms. We have a professional and independent drawing team and technical team, and we will confirm all the contents on the drawing with you within 7 days after payment. The drawing usually contains technical data, weight and parts list.
Step 2: After designing the production drawing, the factory will prepare the stock, produce, and conduct quality inspection before shipment. If you have special accessory requirements, we can provide you with accessories. Our raw materials are strictly screened. In the quality inspection stage, we will provide you with the dual guarantee of QC report and test report.
Step 3: We have a professional team to guide the installation, and also support on-site installation. We will provide you with more than 2 years of warranty service.
