1. Superior Reliability and Durability
Rugged Construction: The core is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, offering high magnetic permeability and extremely low no-load losses. All-copper or copper foil windings provide low resistance and low load losses, allowing them to withstand transient short-circuit currents and ensure transformer stability even in harsh grid conditions.
Long-Lasting Insulating Oil: High-quality mineral oil not only serves as a cooling medium but also as a highly effective insulating material. It effectively prevents oxidation and corona discharge from internal components, significantly extending the life of the transformer core.
Sealed Design: The housing is constructed from weathering steel, meticulously welded, and rigorously tested for tightness, effectively preventing moisture and contaminants from entering, making it suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.

Safety and Maintenance Ease
Multiple Safety Protections: Standard features include an oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure relief valve, and gas relay (Buchholz relay). In the event of an internal fault, the gas relay immediately issues an alarm or trips, protecting the entire power grid.
Easy Maintenance: Sampling, filling, and drain valves facilitate regular oil sampling for testing (DGA dissolved gas analysis), enabling predictive maintenance and preventing potential problems.
