Usage
1. Full body bath: Pour an appropriate amount of Tibetan medicine bath solution into a bathtub or specialized medicine bath bucket, add warm water to achieve the appropriate concentration of the solution. It is generally recommended to keep the water temperature between 38 ℃ -44 ℃, and then soak the whole body in the bath solution for 20-30 minutes according to personal circumstances.
2. Half body bath: You can use a half body bath bucket to pour Tibetan medicine bath liquid into it, add warm water, and let the liquid soak below the waist. Also, keep the water temperature within the appropriate range, soaking for about 20-30 minutes.
3. Foot bath: Pour the Tibetan medicine bath solution into the foot bath tub, add an appropriate amount of warm water, the water level should be sufficient to soak above the ankle, the water temperature should be controlled at around 40 ℃, and the soaking time should be 15-20 minutes.
