The robot laser welding system consists of fiber laser, laser power supply, control system, laser indicating and positioning system, motion system, rotation system, swing laser welding joint, cooling system and so on. Laser generator adopts imported fiber laser, laser pulse waveform can be edited arbitrarily, high stability of energy output.
Laser welding joints adopt Purple Horn laser welding joints independently developed, with high welding stability and flexibility, can be 360 degrees of rotation and swing welding.
The cooling system of fiber laser welding machine consists of temperature measuring device, water circulation, radiator and deionized resin. The temperature measuring device detects the water temperature in the water tank in real time to judge whether the water temperature is too high. If the temperature exceeds the upper limit, the system will automatically shut down the laser to avoid damaging the laser. After the machine is opened, the water cycle and the radiator form heat exchange with the outside world, and quickly take away the heat generated when the laser works, to ensure the normal operation of the laser. The integrated design of cooling system and whole machine makes the system more concise and occupies a small area.
