UV marking lasers use ultraviolet wavelengths to achieve high contrast labeling on sensitive materials. Through photochemical effects, UV creates a contrast and permanent color change on the surface of the processed product, rather than destroying or replacing the material, leaving the product itself intact. Laser imprinting can now be done on silicone or white polyamide, and glass can be left with filaments and bright laser imprinting without breaking.
